I’m determined to be more pro-active in looking after my skin this Winter. While I’m not sure I’ve the routine down I’d like to share a few things that I’m (and more importantly my skin is) currently loving.

IMG_1582.JPG Here they are in all their goodness. A closer look is needed though…First up…

Garnier Micellar water

IMG_1572.JPG I’m not replacing my cleanser and toner routine with this, but I find in the morning it’s great to swath my face with this and moisturise. (I’ll cleanse and tone at night) I think it’s a great Micellar water, better than the LaRoche Posay.

Nuxe Creme Prodigieuse

IMG_1581.JPG So this little guy is a standout from a box I got at the recent #ITWBN Goodie bag. It’s an anti-fatigue, anti-stress and anti-oxidant cream for the face. It’s bloody brilliant. The skin feels plump and hydrated after just a few days of use. The one draw back for me is the scent. It’s smells heavily of Rose, but more old Gal Lady than Jo Malone.

Rimmel Sun Shimmer.

IMG_1577.JPG There’s no getting away from the fact that this body make-up is awesome. It just gives the skin a glow. I’m such a big fan.

Garnier eye make-up remover.

IMG_1575.JPGThis one is self-explanatory, it removes waterproof mascara without removing your eyelashes!

La Roche Posay Ciciplast Baume B5.

IMG_1614-0.JPGThis little mini haul free gift was unreal. It allowed me try so many of the brands big names. The Ciciplast Baume B5 is a healing cream for sensitive skin. I LOVED LOVED LOVED it. It’s such a nice treatment to even swap up your moisturiser every fourth/fifth day. The skin drinks it in. I’d be lying if I said I understood why… I don’t! I just know my skin loved it.

Chanel Ultra Correction eye lift.

IMG_1585.JPG This eye cream smells, feels and applies like a dream. Come on no one does it better than Chanel. It’s science!

In other news, I brought out this scarf today, I bought it in Penneys a few weeks back. It reminded me of the infamous Zara scarf last Christmas. I just couldn’t wait any longer to wear it. I used it as a wrap. Isn’t she a beauty…
