The week has been amazing! I really enjoyed my week off. The weekend was an easy, even lazy, one. We went to see Cinderella and it was stunning. A beautiful film to retell the fairytale. I couldn’t believe Tom sat through the two hours so well, it’s a testament to how good the movie is. There was catch-ups and cuddles with my best pal and her lil boy. We collected a friend, Michelle from the airport and had a touristy day on Tuesday. We headed for the sunny south-east on Wednesday. We’ve had an amazing few days.

Cinnamon Dolce syrup sprucing up my coffees at home.

Late night Nachos and DC for ‘House of Cards’ binges. Season three has really picked up.

Dublin Castle was fun, it’s been decades since I was there.

The interiors are regal and very pretty.

We refueled with Chocolate Brownies and coffees in the Tea rooms.

Then we hit the Guinness Storehouse, it was a total fluke the light hitting the harp. I learned on Tuesday that the newly founded Irish State needed permission from the Guinness Family to use the harp as its emblem.

We drank our drinks in Arthur’s bar.

I packed up my Longchamp Le Pliage bag for Wexford. Tom bought me this for Mother’s Day.

Cozy fires when the sun went down.

 Delicious Chicken Stir-fry for lunch.

Pretty flowers in the rain. I adore the colours. Hope you all have a great BHW! Any plans?

❤️ Siobhan.
