“I am determined to be cheerful and happy in whatever situation I may find myself, For I  believe that the greater part of our misery or unhappiness is determined not by our circumstance but by our disposition”

~ Marta Washington.

The above quote is one of my favourites  and I thoroughly believe it unless you’re living without freedom, in Paris last Friday night or in the hotel in Mali today. I didn’t start my blog to ever become political or to digest the problems of the world but my thoughts and prayers were with all those living life without basic human rights this week. It made me more appreciative of my life and family.

The weeks are speeding by and I’m enjoying taking time today to stop and think about it. The weekend was amazing in Wexford, I snapped it…daisy13179 and posted on Instagram here… But it was a great week and I am excited for a fun weekend!

Saltees Chipper/restaurant in Kilmore Quay is a favourite of ours. Tom and I love the Lemon Sole.

The starter was prawns and they were delish.

I finally got the Glamour magazine with the free lip pops…the sales assistant didn’t quite get why the crazy woman bought two of the same magazine!

Pretty candles in the window – least we forget the innocence slain in Paris!

Some sneaky (Well sneaky until I put it on the Internet) TK Maxx heavily discounted nail varnish.

YES! I have a thing for Essie Topcoats!

Pink and Grey just doesn’t get old to me. It’s my favourite colour combo! Have a great weekend and spend quality time with your loved ones…

These two are my world, they’re everything to me. I’m very lucky!

❤️ Siobhan.
